flo (also referred to as FloManager, "we", "us") is an AI property-management assistant operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data this website collects and how it is used. Contact: privacy@flomanager.com.
What we collect on this website
- Email address — when you submit the early-access form. We store it, with the page it was submitted from, to contact you about flo. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- No analytics cookies. This site does not set tracking cookies or run third-party analytics.
What we do with it
- Contact you about early access, pilots, and product updates relevant to your enquiry.
- We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
- You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing privacy@flomanager.com — we do so within 30 days.
If you become a customer
The flo product processes communications data (emails, messages, contact records) on behalf of your business, under a separate agreement in which your business is the data controller and we act as processor. That processing is governed by your customer agreement and data-processing terms, not by this website policy. Customer data is never used to train AI models.
Sub-processors we rely on
Infrastructure and services used to run this site and the product: Vercel and DigitalOcean (hosting), Supabase (database), Microsoft (email integration), Clerk (authentication), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), OpenAI (AI processing). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data-protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority. Email privacy@flomanager.com to exercise any of these.
Changes
We'll update this page when the policy changes, and update the date above. Material changes affecting captured emails will be notified to those addresses.
